kibeomkim
I have a Fiverr account associated with Facebook, and I’m trying to separate work Fiverr account and personal Fiverr account. So I would like to create a new personal Fiverr account with my Facebook, and keep the existing Fiverr account with my work gmail. To do that, I think I first need to unlink the Facebook. I tried unlinking on Facebook’s app settings but the Fiverr account still shows that it’s linked. Thanks in advance. capitalquality
You aren’t allowed to have more than one Fiverr account.
artlifeoriginal
You aren’t allowed to have more than one Fiverr account.Business and personal accounts are allowed, as long as they’re really separate and not just multiple accounts. So, you can’t just say “this one’s for business” and “this one’s for personal use” but you can have a personal Fiverr account and also access to a Fiverr account that belongs to a business. So if the OP has a personal account and also can use an account that belongs to a business, it is allowed. Having one to sell with and one to buy with is not.

Having one to sell with and one to buy with is not.It didn’t sound to me as if the OP was talking about accessing a Fiverr account that belonged to a business but setting up two individual accounts and trying to keep them separate for ease (which I understand as I’d like to do that too). I might be wrong in how I read the OPs post. And if you are allowed to have more than one account and say one’s for your business and one for personal I’d dearly love to know how to clear it with CS because it would make my life so much easier! If for instance I owned a business and wanted it to have it’s own account, that would be allowed. That’s what CS told me. 🙂 Of course it still has to have separate financial info and it’s own email as well (in addition to actually existing, of course). So if you have a registered business you could check with CS about it. eoinfinnegan
This is from the Terms of Service under the Abuse and Spam section (bold text by me).Multiple Accounts - To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Note: any violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is cause for permanent suspension of all accounts.
