Can one upload an AVI file?

Having trouble uploading an AVI movie file 30 seconds…for a new gig listing…any ideas? It is 27.2 MB

ok, so it is not AVI that is the problem. I just severely lowered the MB and it went through. But I see up to 50 should have been ok. I will try to replace it later with the higher quality version. Thanks
