anwaname Posted July 16, 2013 Share Posted July 16, 2013 Okay, so this is probably a silly question and maybe I’m just really, really slow, but I want to send a message to a buyer, but the gig has already finished and this buyer never sent me a message to begin with. Is there a way to send a direct private message? I am not finding anything anywhere to allow me to contact anyone, even the buyer. Can anyone help?Thanks! genuineguidance Posted July 16, 2013 Share Posted July 16, 2013 I think you can go into your Manage Sales, and click on the link that says, “Completed Orders”. From there, go find the order you did for this buyer and click on it. There may be a link at the top of their order page that says, “Conversation with _____”, and you can click on that to send a message, or, you can scroll to the bottom of the order page, and there should be a link that says, “Having trouble with this buyer…” and I think if you click that link it will let you message the buyer after the order has been delivered.Juli Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
