How do you know your ‘friend’ is telling YOU the 100% truth?

The Bottom line is we cannot help you and we don’t have the :tools: or have the answers to assist your ‘friend’. Only Fiverr Customer Support can help, if they are not replying then it must be a serious TOS violation. He should’ve sent one email and waited patiently for Support to reply.
