What is the error you are getting? Did you try a different browser?

Maybe try clearing your browser history, clear cookies and cache and try again.

you can’t ask someone to send you money or you to send them money.

First of all, if you send someone money, how do you know they will order the gig?

Second, if you want me to buy an order, how can I be sure you won’t ignore me once I send you the video/audio/whatever file and not pay me?

Nothing personal but you wouldn’t do this in real life.

I don’t know you, You don’t know me. No one here knows you and you don’t know everyone here.

Also it’s against Fiverr TOS
