Withdrawals are temporarily disable for this account

Hello Fiverr Family,
Today when i am ready to withdrawals my fiverr account money, then it’s show a warning like this:

"Withdrawals are temporarily disable for this account. Our team working hard on getting this fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience."

I can not withdrawals money from fiverr.
Can anyone tell me please why it’s happened with me? and how can i solve this.
(I already send a ticket to CS, but they don’t response yet.)
