I am facing problem while clicking on 'Fiverr Revenue Card' option

Hi every one…can any one help me…while i am clicking on the option Fiverr Revenue Card …it say again and again Network problem…Inspite i have conected the strong internet:-( why???

yes one time my window was damaged and i have to reinstall the windows , now what should i do:(

clearing cache and cookies shouldn’t crash your windows, unless you have never cleaned cash/cookies and you have a lot of cookies.

No no…i have to reinstall the windows…so all the cookies /cashe was lost …now when i try to attach the revenue card…my security question was wrong…either i have sure that answer is right…but i dont know…what should i do now:-(
