then i’ve got a message and i can’t access my account and it broke my heart for a while i was really doing good and starting to consider doing this as a full time job in the future
i got over my first experience after a while and after so many trials of contacting support hoping somehow thy would understand but i was answered with a robotic responses i don’t think they was reading my messages at all

i’m sorry you think that way i know i have a fake photo not every one here is using a photo of him self and i don’t know why is that a proplem if no direct contact with buyer allowed it’s your work what matters

There is nothing you can do. My best advice to you would be to ask Fiverr to close all your Fiverr accounts. You could try asking them politely if you could start over with a new one, but honestly I doubt they will give you permission after all these attempts to get around the rules. The reason you are getting “robot” responses is that they’ve tagged you as a repeat offender.

If the account you are using now is the only one you have open and they gave you permission to use it, that’s fine. You still cannot associate the Payoneer account with it because you had it attached to a previous account.

Only Customer Support can help you and I don’t know if they will given your repeat violations. If you have funds in your present account, you’ll have to either have a new payment withdrawal provider or you’ll have to find out if your old one is now free for use. By the way, it isn’t against the terms at this time to use a stock photo, but it can make things even worse for you. Fiverr is looking for trustworthy sellers who are honest and skilled.

i’m very honest buyer at least i try to be I’m not selling quantity service i only work on video my average selling is over 100$ because i work on projects that require a lot of work hours

If you want to try to obtain an alternate payment account (Payoneer or otherwise) that’s totally up to you. On any other questions, Fiverr Customer Support is your remaining option.

saying (your latest account) indicates that i have multiple accounts and i just replied to you earlier it’s my only account

and about fonthaunt point ( the other accounts was restricted) i didn’t know that restricted accounts would be considered as multiple accounts) since it’s already closed

I know customer support can be rather blunt and sometimes hard to communicate. They do, however, help to resolve issues.

When I had to delete my old account and establish a new one, the one I’m using now, I wanted to use the same email. I had one email for business transaction and didn’t want to juggle a separate email for 5r. You can only have one account associated with each email address. I contacted CS, it took two days and two emails but at the end it worked out well.

Granted, I lost the 78 orders and seller profiles. I had to re-establish everything, that was a pain.

To make a long story short, contacting customer support before and not after is the best policy. There is not much anyone can tell you except what was already said and that is to be patient. Good luck.
