How to report or block a fake/scam buyer account?

Hello everybody, important question about a fake scam account that contact me. I receive a message from a buyer on my gig http://fiverr.com/pcbisly/create-a-cool-french-testimonial-for-you , and i know this “girl” is fake. By the way it’s "Fragglesrock " , the profile picture has been stoled from dating website, the bio is empty, and the message was useless.

I succeed to put the message in “Spam” via “Report” , but i would like to know, if this buyer buy me a gig, am i going to receive the order? Because if yes, it’s for sure that i will receive a bad evaluation or i will cancel it, so i can lose my level 2 Seller, or increase my bad rating, thing that i don’t want…

Do you know if we can totally block someone, not just have his message on SPAM…

You cannot block any member buyer/seller on the Fiverr platform. Your only option is to report that user to Customer Service and have them review their account for suspicious activity. In the event they are operating outside of Fiverr’s TOC then that account will be blocked from the website and their ip addresses noted.

I’ve had a similar problem today, and I hope you don’t mind me adding to this thread. I received a message from someone asking me to write a review for a travel agency, but the person offering the gig has nothing on their profile at all. They have a strangely Western username despite being from the Philippines, and they gave me their e-mail address (which I reported). Still, its the first message for a gig I’ve ever gotten; should I take it? Was it just another new user making a mistake, or is it a scam? It sounded sketchy to me.
