Accidental review

I delivered an order to my user. she accidentally give me a 4 rating in place of 5. I made a dispute request for modification and she agreed and changed her rating to 5 stars.
but on the gig page, at the reviews below, the review still shows 4 stars.
I cannot file a dispute request for the second time. What should I do?
I tried to contact customer support but contact was also failed.
Has anyone had similar issues kindly let me know what i can do?

What do you mean by ‘contact was failed’?

Usually it just takes a little while to update, should be nothing more than that. Try logging out and logging back in to refresh your Fiverr, and if not, wait 24 hours to see if it sorts itself out before contacting customer support

you are really abusing the dispute function if you're just trying to manipulate a rating.

If he’s being truthful and the buyer did accidentally leave a 4 star review, I hardly see how it’s ‘abusing’ the dispute system. Seeing as that’s the only way to fix the issue, I don’t see what else you expect him or the client to do?

I’m saying instead of keep hitting the dispute button, after a review is left the buyer can always contact CS themselves to change it if they are the ones that really want to do it instead of the seller. Just looks like bad form for a seller.

I understand where you’re coming from, but I still think the ease of using the dispute button far outweighs the buyer contacting customer support. I’m sure he won’t be concerned about how it comes off to that particular buyer so long as he gets the review changed, but if the buyer made the mistake, I think they should be open to changing it.

If it has already been changed via dispute however, like he’s saying, then the issue is probably only a delay. I’m sure it will all be synced up soon - it’s not like the changed review would just never show up. Impatiently spamming the dispute button after having changed it to the correct rating is quite silly though, I grant you

From the buyers POV, I need to say,

Why should I wait 48 hours max to reach CS when there’s a resolution button to do it in a minute by negotiating with sellers? 😬

That’s the point I was getting at, but she cleared up that she meant pressing the dispute button after having already used it once to change the review, just because the review hasn’t shown up yet, in which case I’d agree that it’s just an exhibition of impatience

@fawad00786 don’t worry. It will refresh soon, and you will see the new review. Usually, it takes 1-24 hours to replace the new review with old one 🙂

CS policy on this changed. Buyers cannot change a review anymore unless the seller does talk with them and use the dispute button to get the task done. CS does not change reviews for buyers, so if a buyer contacts them, they will suggest use of the resolution center. They automatically have restrictions on how much a seller can utilize this option without having a negative affect. There shouldn’t be a problem with this seller using the feature as intended.
