artemist Posted July 21, 2013 Share Posted July 21, 2013 Collection are working fine for me too, but there have been times over the last two months when they were missing or incomplete.As for being “logged in” some people might not be aware that there are different log-ins needed for using the Fiverr forums section and the Customer Buying/Selling section. You might be logged in on the forums, but not logged in on the buy/sell pages. If Fiverr doesn’t see you as logged in there, then it just treats you as a guest until you log in as a past/ongoing customer – then you should see your collections.If that is not the “fix” then contact Customer Service. kevinwil Posted July 21, 2013 Share Posted July 21, 2013 @praktiskpraksis in the top menu you will see your profile picture, username, shopping balance (green box), and then an arrow.Click on the arrow to get to the drop down menu.In that menu you will see the collections. kbandfriends Posted July 25, 2013 Share Posted July 25, 2013 I finally got to my collections this way: http://fiverr.com/username/collections/name of collection.I just registered a few days ago, and it doesn’t matter whether I’m using Chrome or Firefox, the drop-down menu simply does not work.
