It’s been two months and the only way to contact anyone is to request to cancel the order. I can’t just ask a question and get an answer which is ridiculous.

you have to follow some area, I think there was an error, please follow this with description. I hope you can get reply. normally I get reply within a day

but all seller not same, I give support life time to my clients.

I wonder since when an order can have a delivery time of 2 month.

Or is there no dead line running and you only want to contact a random seller.

In the last case, the seller probably prefers not to communicate :-\

You should have no problem contacting support and getting a response.

Customer Support is normally quite responsive.
