Fiverr really needs to add a button when an item is delivered for us buyers to say nothing was delivered. It is annoying that people who are late will mark it as delivered with a message saying it will be delivered soon. I than need to request a revision to talk back to the person. This has happened multiple times.

Fiverr should make a button. I am not going to go through the process of contacting support and reporting them. A button would quickly discourage this.

Hi Walter - there is a button - on your order, just click the resolution centre, and you’ll be able to get help that way.

Not looking for help on how to report somebody or get money back. I actually paid for these gigs many times and am happy with the work. I find it annoying. I have had them “deliver” a writing and not even attach file. “Thanks for the order! We will get right on this.” Anytime I talk it needs to be a revision and I cannot simply just message them back. A flaw in fiverr system.

You can message the seller without asking for a revision even after they’ve delivered - there’s a message box on the order page.

As far as I’m aware, it only disappears once the order is completed

I have a similar annoyance. I had a customer that needed something done quickly, and since I was learning what all she needed as I was unfamiliar with the concept, I asked a lot of questions throughout the process. Many remained unanswered.

I had 24 hours to finish this project, but after the first hour, it took her 25 just to respond back. As the deadline was approaching and the buyer wasn’t contacting me with feedback about my questions, I just sent her what I had. I told her if she wants changes to just request a revision.

But I understand what you are saying. If someone can’t get something done in 24 hours, or x amount of time, they should not advertise their gig that way. I put 2-3 day delivery just on the off chance something happens, I usually finish the order in an hour or two.

I used to be a seller. Granted it was about 13 years ago on WHT, but have a respect for the hustle. I now own a company that sells hard products and have just recently started using fiverr. All in all I think it works pretty good.

Fiverr does need to look at this.

Not trying to make a big stink, but I am a buyer and I feel what I am saying is constructive feedback.

  1. A buyer should be able to say “nothing was delivered”.
  2. A buyer should be able to message the seller even when an item is marked delivered.

While I am new this…it should be much easier to order again from that buyer. It should be just as big as the tip option.

You can message the seller on the order page until the order is marked as complete. You can also message the seller through the messaging system at any time.

A buyer should be able to say “nothing was delivered”.

There’s a great way to do this, if you don’t want to use the Resolution Center or contact Customer Support, and if you’re willing to part with your money: feedback. Leave them a one star review and state “nothing was delivered”.
