What is going on with the monthly invoices?

OK here is the story… Until March I got monthly invoices to my email for all the purchases made every month on Fiverr. However, in the last three months I didn’t get any invoices for my purchases and I contacted the customer support five times regarding this issue and they simply ignoring all my last messages and don’t respond! What is going on? Why you don’t provide the invoices like you should? These invoices are really important for me because I give them to my account manager every month as part of my total income and expenses from my business so I will be really happy to get honest answer about this one from someone in Fiverr team.

Of course, they simply decide not to respond anymore after they told me one month ago that they “can’t provide a time frame for the completion”. Overall I contact them almost 7 weeks ago and didn’t get even one invoice since then… Sorry but this is really ridiculous and I’m really disappointed with their customer support.

I have no choice but trying to contact them again

If you’ve not gotten your card by the 3rd, you’ll get a ticket from us titled “Please Update Your Billing Information”, to which you can reply asking for an extension. In almost all cases, we’re happy to grant one. Once you get your new card, just update your card information in the Linode Manager, submit your payment, and then update the billing ticket.
