How to ask a buyer to change a feedback?

One of my buyers is new to Fiverr. She wrote some good words on my feedback but sadly put 1 star. She thought 1 star means the greatest. 😦 Here is the profile and feedback

And now she wants to change it. How can she change her review? Does she need my permission?

The buyer is new to Fiverr. She opened her ID in this April. Maybe that’s the reason she messed up.

As above said you can discuss with the buyer (if there is any mistake) and use the “Resolve Now” option to change the rating.
But you can not offer additional work and ask them to change the rating. That is violating company rules.
