Well, I accidentally placed an order -_-

it’s fairly easy to do (when you should have gone to bed an hour ago):

1. browse some gig’s packages
2. have ‘basic’ open, click on ‘standard’
3. the mouse pointer will now reside over “Proceed to Order”
4. nervous twitch

Fiverr itself doesn’t acknowledge anywhere that I made (half) an order but I have an email telling me to complete it.
Baffling, really, that the only options are to start the order or let it sit there forever… Is there a way out without affecting the seller’s cancellation rate?

(If it’s too much of a hassle, I wouldn’t mind seeing the order through.)

You´re absolutely sure there is an order? It might just be a promotional mail from Fiverr, like amazon mailing you to tell you that you put something in your shopping cart and might want to buy it. I´m not 100% sure, but I think you´d get a mail/notification that tells you that you ordered something, not one that tells you to complete the order.
Let me see what kind of mail I got when I ordered last time…

I´m not 100% sure, but I think you´d get a mail/notification that tells you that you ordered something, not one that tells you to complete the order.

I’ve only bought something once and then, I accepted an offer, so I don’t know how the process works.

Hm, I think so, if you can´t see an order and you can´t find the price for the gig deducted from your balance and nothing, I don´t think there is an order.
And if there was, it would probably not be Fiverr nudging you, but the seller, to send the requirements?
