My main gig was rejected after a small delivery time adjustment because of a URL to my portfolio in the description, which I thought was allowed. I took it out and it was rejected again for the same problem, but there is no link in the description anymore. Repeat thrice.I tried to contact customer support, and I got an email telling me to “choose a password and verify your account.” I clicked the link and it just took me to the customer support page. Did I get this email because I used a different email than my account email? And did they even get my message?
