mrproofreading
Being dissatisfied with a service does not entitle you to a refund. You are able to share your thoughts about the seller’s work by leaving a review.
n4y33m
Ask for revisions, if that not works, contact customer care, they will cancel the order, and you will get the refund. CS
eoinfinnegan
Many gigs are subjective and so while you may not like what was done, if it matches with the gig description then you are not due a refund. If you have tried to work things out with the seller and there is no hope of working it out through an improved delivery, paying extra for extra work or another option, you can always go to customer support however as I mentioned, if the seller has delivered according to the gig description/conversation then you should not expect anything different though. CSPlease note that just being dissatisfied is not a reason for cancelling. Neither is the seller refusing to do revisions or further work. If a gig is delivered according to the description then CS will not cancel. A buyer is not always right (despite the cliches).
