Negative Reviews - Fiverr CS Cancellation

Hello all,

I rendered a resume writing service to one of my buyers and delivered. After three days, the order was marked as completed just for the buyer to come back and say he is not satisfied and gave me a 1 star review. I wanted to cancel the order so as to remove the 1 star review. I found out mutual cancellation was not listed on “resolve issue” where I am supposed to cancel the order. I contacted fiverr CS to do that. Surprisingly, fiverr cs cancelled the order but the review is still there.

Is that how it is supposed to be or Is it a bug? Please I need someone to tell what to do. Thanks.

You can mutually cancel the order when the order is not closed. Once the client accepted your delivery, he has the rights to leave the review he believes fits better to the service he got.

When the review is given, there is no way back, unless CS founds that you’re in the right and your buyer did something dishonest.

They can cancel the order, but they will answer: The review is the rate your buyer gives for the whole service, like communication, quality, delivery on time…etc…etc… they will not take that away (that’s what they told me once) because it reflects your interaction with buyers in general.
