misscrystal
My cancellation rate goes up when I do not have any cancellations for a while, then goes back down for no reason, over and over.

miiila
Mine too, within a few percent, if that helps at all.Yeah, I know, CS 😉 we’ve been told it’s good to do both though, send a ticket and report bugs here, as bugs and suggestions do get scanned by staff presumably, and after all, if you put up a section for bugs and suggestions, you should be monitoring them somewhat, right?I trust they are, if anything can or will be done about the individual bugs and suggestions again is a different affair. 🙂But > CS makes sense, obviously. misscrystal
I think they must have fixed the bug on the app that gave 4.7 instead of 5 stars.

woofy31
I’ve also noticed another bug with the cancelation ratio: I had a week of completed orders with no cancellations and the cancellation ratio remaining exactly the same, but at the end of that week I got a single cancellation that blew my cancellation rate 2% down - so that full week of completed orders was all in vain and 1 single cancellation destroyed the rate?
