garylister
I’ve noticed this a couple times now where I have posted a rough layout back to my client for proofing (I draw cool stuff). But, when I come back later to see if my client has left a response or anything, that initial proof is gone, like I never sent it, thus, my client never received it and costing me some precious turnaround time getting the artwork finished back to the client on time. Can anyone explain that?

garylister
then send it and stay on the browser window until it is fully sent?Yes. I sent it. Watched it post right underneath my client’s post within the gig, just like it’s supposed to. I came back later in the day to check on the status because of the time deadline - hadn’t had any notifications that my client had responded or anything and my post was not there. This has happened a couple times with previous gig orders. At first I thought I was screwing up or being careless, so I’ve made it a point to WATCH and be mindful as I make my posts that they function correctly and that I’m doing things correctly. I am quite sure this current instance is some kind of interface flaw.
tutuhu
I think you can take a photo every time and send it to the client’s inbox again.
tutuhu
This is a proof, just in case.
garylister
I think you can take a photo every time and send it to the client’s inbox again. That’s what I did. What I sent was a screenshot proof of the rough layout I had made. I typed my message, attached the screenshot and hit send. I saw it pop up on screen in the gig conversation as a posted message from me, then logged out. Came back later in the day and it was not there. Like it had been deleted or something. So I went back and did the whole process again, watched it post and logged out, but logged back in to make sure the message had ‘stuck’ this time, and it did.
