Getting orders from the forum - allowed?

So…I noticed from time to time some newbie sellers ask for followers on their social media, even though Facebook, Twitter and so forth have in the TOS that you can’t buy friends/followers/likes/etc…

So if I offer that Mr. Spammy McSpammer to follow them within 10 days for fiver dollars. Express gig delivery of $100 and I’ll follow/like within 24 hours…Am I breaking those social media TOS or is Mr. Spammy McSpammer getting in trouble by the social media companies?

I am going t be honest, if anyone pays me $100 (minus Fiverr’s fee), I will actually follow him/her.

At $100 per follower/like…I am going to be a millionaire by the end of the month.
