serviceman01 Posted April 23, 2017 Share Posted April 23, 2017 I am very angry with what has just happened. I have completed an gig and received $12 from the customer. Then, I proceeded to use the $12 funds to order from a gig and the money is gone, yet it tells me that I have only $2 left in funds and I need to use credit card to order the gig? Please help me, fiverr has stolen my hard earned money. There is no order number because it says the order must be completed as it was started but it took my money and is asking for credit card.To summarize, I finished a gig, received $12, went to buy a $10 gig, but it is asking for my credit card because it says I have $2 left which isn’t enough. offlinehelpers Posted April 23, 2017 Share Posted April 23, 2017 Had the $12 payment cleared?It takes 14 days after the gig’s completed for your payments to clear and be available for you to either withdraw it, or use it to buy gigs on Fiverr. Sorry am new‘Pending clearance’ means it takes 14 days to clear so you can use it after the gig is completed.
