Delivred work but not mention as completed

Hello,
A buyer Bought one of my gigs and he was satisfed with the result and I asked him to mark the gig as completed and he told me thats its me who are going to do it. now the gig is late and the buyer didn’t answer my message. what should I do ?

you need to deliver him the gig . Go to the order page and deliver him. He will able to mark the gig as complete then…

I did, I delived it via the the order page but he told me thats Its me who is going to mark the gig as complete not him

If you already delivered the order it will be “mark as completed” after 3 days.(automatically by the system)

Then he needs to review you and if he didn’t your gig will be marked as complete after 3 days automaticly…but it would be better if your buyer reviews you

Use the deliver now button and upload your work there. He will mark the order as completed if you deliver. Late delivery will decrease your gig ranking, so always try to deliver your order in time.

Don’t ask any buyers to give you review directly.

It backfire sometimes. If they think you’re annoying themselves, they may give you a bad review. 😦

Because reviews are important for new sellers like you n me, request them to leave a review politely. 😁

Just be sure to always upload a file on your order and not deliver it empty or you will be breaching Fiverr TOS.
