I have referred friends who purchased on fiver but no money from fiver

Hello fiverr forum first time to post here, anyways i have referred 2 of my friends to join fiverr who i told them they would receive a 5$ if they bought 2 gigs , one of my closest friends told me he purchased 2 givs online and that the website is fun , but he told me he did not get 5$ , and the funny thing me neither which i dont know why, any suggestions? I contacted support but thay told me to wait a couple of hours been 2 days , and i did not get anything:/
Really wanted to buy a spell gig hehehe
