Difficulty in uploading files exceeding 10 mb

Hi, I am a new seller on the site.It’s been a nice sail through the last month. I had no problem on the first day in delivering files that were more than 180mb in size, but the next day I faced great difficulty in uploading files exceeding just 10 mb.I kept on trying and gave up after 2 days waiting. In the beginning I thought it’s my ISP that is slow or whatever, but I found out that my ISP was not the problem as I had no problem uploading through dropbox or wetransfer. Did any body else face semiler problems or is it something wrong in my part.

Yes, it happens with large files. You can upload the file to DropBox and send the link to the buyer, just make certain that there’s no information that would allow him/her to contact you outside of Fiverr.
