Hello everyone, my name is Johnny and I just started a Kustom Kulture magazine called GNARLY and am looking for writers. Is there a particular forum I should be posting in in order to make requests for article writers?

the forum isn´t really the place for that, though some sellers advertise in My Fiverr Gigs,
but you can either/or/and (on the main fiverr site, fiverr.com)

• browse through the relevant categories (compare gigs, contact the seller or order),
• use relevant keywords (compare gigs, contact the seller or order) or
• post a Buyer Request, you´ll find where when you hover on Buying on your top bar, right next to the shopping cart icon, it´s the last link in the drop down menu, Post a Request (sellers will contact you by sending you an offer, please be as precise as you can in your Request in that case, so it´s more likely that sensible sellers will bother to reply).
