Buyers Requests only posting gigs?

I keep looking at Buyers Requests but I dont see an requests, only freelancers posting their gig. Am I looking in the right place?

I have the same problem. It’s supposed to be for buyers requests, but people use it to promote themselves. It shouldn’t be this way, but it happens. 😑
