How to edit 2 days old feedback?

Hi, I left feedback without getting all files delivered to me! (stupid, but I thought I would get all the files after I accept the order.
Seller is not responding, promised he will send all files, but still nothing.
My feedback is two days old, but it seems I can not edit anything.

Is there time limit for editing feedback and how can I edit mine?

You can’t edit it anymore. Only with the sellers consent.

If you have proof of a conversation in which the seller promised to deliver the remaining files, you can reach out to customer support for assistance. Make sure to include screenshots.

The only way for you to ‘update’ the feedback would be if the seller initiates it through their portal (the ‘resolve now’ feature)

I gave him few more hours. If he doesn’t send files, I will contact customer support and ask to change the review. Do you think this is even possible?

I am really confused why is he not sending the files.
