I think it’s a custom design by davegk, not from a particular font.
I’m not a designer, so I am not well known about this kind of things though. :thinking:

Try WhatTheFont, Matcherator or WhatFontIs.
You can upload the picture there and the site will tell you which font it could be. The results might not be 100% accurate, though…
