Firefox browser bug

This category is not closely monitored by staff and is best used to notify other users about potential bugs and find out if an issue is a bug or not. To report to staff, it would be better to submit a ticket to Customer Support.

In this case, though, your post has too little information to be useful on the forum or to Customer Support. I am using Firefox for 98% of my Fiverr sales and purchases. I do switch to Chrome at times if I have trouble with audio or video or something very specific. otherwise, Firefox works fine for me.

To figure out about or report a bug, it would help if you would be very specific and perhaps include screenshots.

It was Fiverr customer support staff that stated Firefox does not work with Fiverr:

“Please note that Fiverr was developed to work optimally with Chrome and other browsers can cause issues from time to time.”

I can provide you the name of a person to contact within Fiverr if you so desire.

There is a big difference between a bug and an optimization. The Support representative told you accurately that they suggest the use of Chrome, even if Firefox works fine for some users.

No you are wrong. I reported a bug in Fiverr when using Firefox. Support accurately told me that Fiverr does not work correctly when using Firefox.

Please contact Fiverr staff if you want more details. I can supply a name, if you so desire.

The name makes zero difference. All I am telling you is that you haven’t reported an actual bug in this thread on the forum. Your post isn’t very useful with such minimal information. This is also not necessary to stretch out any further. Use whatever browser works for you and good luck.
