Payment withdrawn from my account suspiciously

Today from my fiverr account suspiciously got an email that i request for a withdrawn.
99$ from my account has been loaded to may payneer card auto and then payment occur to someone without my confirmation and my permission?
What can i do now?? Where is fiverr trust and security?

If you suspect that your account is in danger, you should contact Payoneer through the Live Chat option or give them a call as this is the matter that requires urgent attention.

In my experience, Payoneer CS answers their mails at around 24 - 48h rate. This is too slow for this kind of emergency.

Give them a call and secure your account ASAP before any further damage occurs.

I contact to the Payoneer CS, they are working. they said someone access to my account unauthorized 😦 How its possible so where is the security??

But still no response from fiverr team. On fiverr the same thing happens that on payoneer. I’d not initiate the withdrawn from my fiverr and if its hacked than it mean my 3 Accounts were hacked?? My fiverr, payoneer and for confirmation my email id?

I know this might sound obvious, but have you changed your Payoneer, Fiverr, and email passwords already?

Even if you have, do it again and try and do it from a separate PC. For the situation which you have described to have happened, someone has had access to at least your Fiverr account login details and Payoneer account details. Unless your details were the same for each, this implies that you might have malware on your PC which has collected (and could still be collecting) all your account login and password data from multiple sites simultaneously.
