Logo Requests Keep Getting Unapproved

Can someone help to explain why my request keep getting unapproved below is a example of my request

Team name = "CCS Team"
Team colours = Purple and Orange
See attached file for current design, we would like some similar more modern and professional.

It has to do with the usage of special characters.

Just type out everything without using special characters such as = or " etc.

You may also begin your request with the following statement such as:

“I want…”
