artemist Posted July 12, 2013 Share Posted July 12, 2013 You can try deliving again now in a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari, etc.) or try again later.But also add a note to the message thread between you and your customer for this order stating that you tried to deliver but could not due to Fiverr system error at (time and date.) That way your client/buyer will know you are consciencious and trying to to do a good & fast job. And Fiverr CS will also be able to see that note if there is any issue later about a cancellation or an unjustied feedback problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
