Long back, I got two orders from the same buyer which I delivered but the buyer was not satisfied with it but failed to tell me the changes that he required. There was no way that I could modify without knowing the changes. It’s been almost a month but the order status says ‘In revision’.The buyer never replies and hardly comes online. I’ve even asked him to cancel the order so that their money gets refunded. But no reply at all.Now my question is, If I cancel the order, will it give me a negative rating?
