Cant post email address for my server log in on message to Seller

I have just hired a well established seller to set up my wordpress / woo commerce store domain and os on my server but my email address which is used as my user login to my server control panel, seems to be getting blocked in chat with the seller, causing him to not be able to complete the installation. The email address shows up as green and a popup message says I cannot share my email unless it is need for the gig, which it is. Any advice from a moderator on this?

you are supposed to keep communications within Fiverr ecosystem. That ecosystem thinks you are giving them your e-mail address.

Thank you I will try that. I do understand the rules, but it is impossible in some cases not to be able to share info needed to complete a job.
