I need Video for my GIG..?

Hi guys, I am planning to offer my Web designing services on Fiverr. i can see there are a lot of great videographers and voiceover artists on Fiverr and I was wondering if could hire someone to explain my services on my GIG Video. But I am not sure if Fiverr allows to use this kind of video.

My purpose if to clearly explain what I offer and not to use someone’s identity but still please guide me how can I go about this.

1. Most fiverr sellers that do videos, won’t do other fiverr sellers gig videos
2. why wouldn’t YOU do it?

I tried couple of times but was really satisfied with it, I believe a professional could do much better.

that’s the question… I don’t want to spend a lot of money on video just to know why would they not allow it 😛
