Buyer not responding to Cancellation request or Time Extension request

A buyer ordered a gig and didn’t provide sufficient information for me to start working on it. I repeatedly asked her to send the information but there was no response.

I had no other option and sent her a cancellation request. Only then she replied that she needs some time to gather the information and wait for some days. I hence withdrew the cancellation and sent her a time extension request. She is once again not responding.

Please suggest what needs to be done. The order is supposed to get delivered within 30 hours and the buyer is not at all concerned about it.

What will happen if the Time extension request is not responded within 48 hours?
