Why cant my sample video for my gig be 1080p?

the video i have on my computer is HD 1080p but when I upload it to fiverr it for some reason drops the quality a lot.

Is there a way I can upload and keep the original HD quality to my gig video sample?

Have you contact Fiverr CS regarding this matter? And this link will helps sometimes…

No it’s not possible currently, unless Fiverr changes it. All gig info videos get re-encoded at Fiverr’s side to 848x478 and displayed at around that (or 848x470).

I understand. That is a shame because I spend so much time creating paper looking textures in my animations that with the current quality, you cannot even notice.

Oh well, I learn and keep moving forward!
