Logo Design - What to prepare before I ask for someone's help?

Hi All,

I am new to Fiverr. I am starting a small business on Etsy and eventually plan to sell via my website (recastglass.com). I am currently looking for someone to assist me with creating my logo and wanted to get some input in terms of questions to ask so that I can communicate effectively with potential candidates on what I need or would like. Since I am also not too tech savvy, knowing a little about the various file formats will help. When I read through some of the profiles, there is just some industry jargon I don’t fully understand. I am not sure if I am able to ask them questions before I grant them my business or if I will be able to get their replies before I grant the business to them.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks

Hi,

You can contact any seller and ask them questions about their gig and explain what you would like done to see if they can do it. There are many many log gigs out there so you should be able to find exactly what you’d like. Click on the username and contact them.

Hope that helps,

Brian

Newcomers here may not know that when they first look at a page for a gig they probably just see one big picture in the middle of the screen. To see MORE samples of each sellers past work, click on the string of grey circles below that main picture. Or even hover your mouse over the side of the main image near the edge, and you should get a clickable arrow to move through the sample images like a slideshow. (Assuming that the seller DOES have multiple samples available to view.)

And YES, you can ask sellers questions befor you hit the button to make an order. If having a certain style, color or font is important to you, then looking at samples and asking advance questions will really help.
