mikmcc
When I contract for a logo shouldn’t the copyrights to the design be included and not an extra charge?
jonbaas
According to Fiverr’s Terms of Service, copyrights to all work delivered by a seller are automatically included, UNLESS the buyer establishes their own terms within their gig details.A buyer is allowed to create their own copyright terms, and they can require that those rights cost extra if they wish. fonthaunt
@jonbaas is right, though note that he means that a seller can definite specific terms for copyrights. The buyer has the choice to accept the terms of the seller or to look for another seller with free or lower cost copyrights.
