Feedback email from CS - Link not working

For many recent emails I got from Fiverr Customer Support after they closed my tickets, asking for my feedback and rating, the link is not working. I opened a support ticket of “Report a Bug” to bring this to their notice but it hasn’t been fixed yet. Good news is that this ticket is still open. This is what I get after i try to rate the tickets:

The old system worked fine, but can’t use the surveypal ones at all - very strange. I can only think that’s it’s something to do with my email client, but most other links work fine.

No, it shouldn’t be your email client.

The link generated is an automated one. So it doesn’t matter how or where you receive it.

Hmm…

Is the link you are checking fresh? (lol ya, I don’t buy stale veggies)

I’ve received another feedback email from Fiverr CS today, whose link also doesn’t work in two different browsers. Here is what the CS said to my ticket:

Sorry to hear about that.

We have forwarded your request to our Technical team to look into this more thoroughly and possibly find a source of this issue.

In the meantime, please reach us back if links provided either by the system or our official email aren’t working properly.
