insects44
Hi to all. Please read the story below:I have a man which wanted me an order and I send him a custom request. He accept it, but don’t fill out the requirements! 😐 Then I click on nudge button! Then an automatic message goes to my client which says:“NUDGE NUDGE! Any news about the stuff I need for your order? If you have any questions, I’ll be happy to help.” 🙂After one day, when he wasn’t filling out the requirements yet, I send him a message which says:Can you please send me the requirements? 🙂WHEN I SEND HIM THE MESSAGE THE ORDER COUNTDOWN STARED AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT ANYONE CHANGE THE STATUS OF IT! HE WAS OFFLINE! 😕How can we solve this errors and bugs?Hope Fiverr can fix this bugs!Atanas

miiila
Had the same happening just now for the second time, luckily in both cases when I already had the mandatory-to-attach files already from inbox conversation, but yeah. Off to write a ticket.
phantompower
Basically when you send a question in the order section the system thinks you are communicating with the buyer and automatically triggers the timer. All you need to do is Click the nudge button and wait. Don’t go sending additional messages

Don’t go sending additional messagesThe problem is that the nudge function starts the timer even though the buyer did not submit the requirements, you know. As I said, I have the info/files I need already, of course I won´t send additional messages now,but the thing is, it´s a bug which can lead to orders going late or people having to cancel jobs, if their buyer won´t reply in time.Sent a ticket with screenshot and added the link to this thread, too. After a few messages with cs the only solution they could offer me was to cancel the order, luckily the buyer sent the requirements before I initiated cancellation. miiila
Yes, for some bugs there either doesn´t seem a solution, or they don´t get around to fixes, but I guess the more people do report the bugs, to CS and in this forum section, the higher the chances a bug moves up on the to-do list.
