Hey
buyer accidentally ordered the gig twice, one is in process ,the other one is in waiting for the info mode.
I dont know what to do in this situation kindly help me
i dont wanna mutually cancel it as it would affect my rating

Mutual Cancellation will not effect your gig ranking.

However, please note that excessive cancellations may have effect on your ranking.

Mutual cancellation would effect your cancellation rating.

However, ensure that you choose the CORRECT reason for the cancellation.

You have no choice but to cancel and there is no amount of explanation you give that won’t still affect your rating but avoid excessive cancellation as the cancellation ratings is based on a 60 day period. It can go back to 100% if you avoid cancellations for 60 days but for now you have to refund the buyer. Happened to me before

I was trying so hard to avoid any cancellation lately and this happened it sucks 😦

You can ask your buyer to initiate the cancellation. Or offer him a credit for a future purchase if he is a regular. You can also try to upsell your current order 😉
