Canceling a gig, How?

I have had a client who wants to cancel but I don’t know how! I have sent messages for help twice but all that was said is that a mutual cancelation can be done. Great, that tells it can be done but not how! I article has already been sent to the client and is still in the delivered section. Can someone please give me a step by step on how to cancel?

Well it seems to me that the buyer has marked the order as complete, by accepting the order. If this is, and I strongly suspect it may be then you might want to contact Customer Support

I think you can still cancel (mutual, forced etc) the orders after you have delivered and even immediately after the buyer marks the order as complete. Check this image;

To the OP; I am not ‘stealing’ your thread, I am really sorry.

(How do you delete an image after posting on the forum? I would like to delete that image after a day or so.)
