gina_riley2 Posted April 10, 2017 Share Posted April 10, 2017 If you are having problems processing payment, don’t panic, it maybe nothing.Did your computer reset, did website go in an infinite loop or close briefly before opening back up? If so, do the following:Check your PayPal or credit card to see if there is a pending charge.If yes, go into your “Transaction Tab” to see if there is an order awaiting your input. If yes to this, then you’re good, your order went through, proceed as instructed. This has happened to me few times.If no, then contact customer support: http://www.support.fiverr.com.Save yourself (and Support) some headache and time, only reach out to support if you need to.
