I’ve had about 40 REALLY positive reviews, I did everything correctly and of high quality - even overdelivered.This thailand Fiverr user just left me a “thumbs down” review. I truly don’t understand why he would be unsatisfied, but I offered him a refund as my reputation is everything.But I don’t see any option to refund him and clear the negative review? gorrior Posted July 11, 2013 Author Share Posted July 11, 2013 I would like to offer him a refund to clear the negative review.I already used the resolution center and chose “My buyer provided me with incorrect feedback.” But that just send me to the contact support area (which I already did).But I have to chose “I’m having trouble completing this order.” and offer a mutual cancellation or what?
