Buyer gave me a negative review - how to refund?

Hey, so this is my first negative review. I’ve had about 40 REALLY positive reviews, I did everything correctly and of high quality - even overdelivered.

This thailand Fiverr user just left me a “thumbs down” review. I truly don’t understand why he would be unsatisfied, but I offered him a refund as my reputation is everything.



But I don’t see any option to refund him and clear the negative review? Also the buyer aren’t responding to my messages.

I would like to offer him a refund to clear the negative review.

I already used the resolution center and chose “My buyer provided me with incorrect feedback.” But that just send me to the contact support area (which I already did).



But I have to chose “I’m having trouble completing this order.” and offer a mutual cancellation or what?
