I can’t find my one gig this are stay in 1st page. Last 30 minute it’s stay in 1st minute I just edit image. Now i can’t find using short keyword & long keyword. What can I should? Please help me.

After editing a gig it can take up to 48 hours for it to be re-indexed and re-appear in the search. Note that it might not appear in the search in the same position it was before.
