Can we delete a negative review?

I got a 2 star review and the buyer didn’t even tell me what’s wrong can I delete that review?

There would be no point to reviews if sellers could just delete them.

Hey,

What you can do is contact and ask buyer the reason behind the negative review. If he gave it by mistake and is willing to change it, You can contact CS telling them the situation and see if they can do something.

Dear as I know there is only one way to do. you need to send review change request to your buyer. then he need to change it… I also had same problem, then i contact the CS. they told me same thing…
