I’ve had an issue now with my upload for almost two weeks and as a result had to close a lot of gigs. Sent a ticket to Fiverr and it’s been almost two weeks also - no reply - If someone from Fiverr reads this: Upload issues seem to be the real problem I’m experiencing on V2, with the files not uploading at all or it believing that the file is too large when it is not. I’ve tried many types of format as well… All of which are commonly used. Also any idea when the tickets will be back to normal? trafficsender Posted July 10, 2013 Share Posted July 10, 2013 Try switching to a different web browser, clear your cache, etc.The ticket will return to normal if the volume of support tickets gets down, or once they finish hiring and training new employees (I noticed they’re hiring new people for quite some time).Getting people ready to do customer support takes time to train them properly. Collections went away for a while during the changeover, but came back a week or two ago, complete and usable - for me anyway. But I too have not been able to use my collections today. CAN get to the page showing my various collections by title, but clicking them shows nothing. Do they not allow skydrive? I mean that’s the best way I thought of getting round it - give them a skydrive account to collect their videos and then change the password for a new customer?
